FAQ / STATEMENT OF INTENT
I'm in love with your store, but I live in Abu Dhabi. Does RIA MARIA deliver outside Dubai?
Yes! You can place your order for RIA MARIA goodies anywhere within the U.A.E. only.
How do I place an order?
After you have added an item to your bag, you can review your selection(s) and may also cancel an item before proceeding to checkout.
At checkout, once you enter your shipping address you will be able to see the shipping costs for your address. You can also create an account that will save your information for future purchases.
Review your information and the total before placing your order. Once your order is placed, you will be directed to a page with the confirmation number on it along with a confirmation e-mail that will be sent to the registered e-mail ID.
When will I get my order?
Following the order confirmation, orders are usually sent out within 2 business days. Should a problem arise with your order, we shall notify you in advance via e-mail.
Orders placed after 3p.m. will be packed the next business day. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays, kindly allow for t.
Please keep in mind that these are estimates and may vary.
How do I track my order?
Once the order has been sent out, you will receive an e-mail update with a tracking reference number and a link directing you to our courier's website. With this number, you can track the status of your order at anytime on the same website.
Can I make changes to my order?
If you need to make any changes to your order or cancel the order, kindly contact us immediately. Our warehouse often processes the order within a couple of hours. If we have already processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes or cancellations.
Why is my card being declined?
If your card has been declined it may be because of a faulty Internet connection or you may have insufficient funds in your account. Kindly check with your bank concerning any further problems.
When do I get charged on my card for my order?
Once you place your order and confirm the method of payment, we will send a confirmation e-mail stating that we have received your order and authorize the amount on your card.
I'm in love with something that's out of stock! Will it come back in stock?
Unfortunately, we do not know ahead of time if/when the items will be back in stock online or in the store, but we do add new items almost weekly.
Not sure how something will fit, feel, or look?
Kindly have a look at our sizing chart for further details on how the clothing will fit. We are also happy to give more information on our clothes or style advice in our stores. Presently we have only one size available that is ‘petite'.
What do I do if there is a problem with my order?
If you are missing an item or have received an incorrect or damaged item, kindly contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at firstname.lastname@example.org and inform us of the problem. We respond to our emails within 24 hours. If it is a damaged item, please e-mail us a picture of the damage with a description.
How do I make a return?
With regards to returns and exchanges, please follow the instructions provided on the invoice included with your order. You are responsible for shipping the pieces you wish to return or exchange unless we issue you credit based on defects liability. Please make sure your items are eligible for return, you can refer to our full return and exchange policy posted online.
What happens if I ordered an item that is now out of stock?
If you have ordered an item that only went out of stock after you confirmed your order, your money will be refunded for that item(s) once the rest of your order has shipped. We promise these cases are rare.
SHIPPING SERVICE COST
In order to qualify for free shipping, your order must be equal to AED 500 or more.
For orders below this amount, there is a flat rate of AED 20 within the U.A.E.
If a package is undeliverable it will be returned to us. Contact email@example.com to arrange for the re-delivery.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
For credit cards, your billing address must match the address on file with your bank. Your credit card billing address must be from a country we ship to. Sometimes this may show as two pending charges on your bank statement, but only one will be charged. Refunds cannot be made until the order has been charged.
At the moment, we do not accept gift cards in our online store.
ONLINE STORE CREDIT
Online store credit can only be used on this website "www.riamariacrush.com". Online store credit cannot be transferred to another person or account, and is linked to your customer account. If you do not have a customer account we will create one for you when the online store credit is issued.
Using online store credit
Online store credit may only be used online; it is not valid in our retail stores.
If you have online store credit, sign into your customer account and when you check out your new order, it will show up as a payment method.
Refunds to a credit/debit card may take up to a week to process depending on your bank. Refunds can only be made to the original credit/debit card used to place the order. If that is no longer valid, then you will receive online store credit.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
This policy is applicable to online purchases only. It is not applicable on retail store purchases.
- Items must be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the purchase date.
- All items must be unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached.
- All intimates, socks, tattoos, jewellery, belts, hats, bags, scarves and cushions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All Cash-on-Delivery purchases will be refunded with online store credit only.
- Refunds will be refunded to the original credit/debit card used for payment of the order. If that is no longer valid, then you will receive online store credit.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Online orders cannot be returned in stores. It can only be processed online.
In the case of a return or exchange, please follow the instructions on the invoice included with your package.

Upon receiving the returned pieces, we will process it within 7 days. Your refund will be credited back to the original credit/debit card used to place the order. If that is not longer valid then you will be refunded with online store credit. Refunds may take additional 5-7 days depending on your bank. We will notify you on your registered e-mail when we process your refund.
We do not accept returns for items purchased in our stores. Please refer to the return policy printed on your receipt for any store purchases.
